    Hey guys this is a 2 and a half year transformation. All natural. Started out as a dumb ass fark, but as time went on my nutrition got better, my knowledge of supplements got better, I read tirelessly about workout routines, rep ranges, techniques, and so forth. Anyways if you keep stay with it and work hard you will gain strength and grow. Keep pushing bros!

    Ahead of the game for sure. I would suggest lower lat work but tough to see from that pose. Shoulders and arms look great

    Man tri's are my favorite! I personally like skull crushers, and seated overhead tricep ext.

    But never underestimate the power of dips!
