I started bumping up the cardio a lot more this past week and cut calories down to 2000 a day with macros of 230 g protein, 170 g carbs, 44 g fats. Im looking for what I should try to work on before the show and tips or pointers maybe bf% guess thanks so much. I currently weight 188 at 5ft 9 inches

so far so good. Everything seems very proportional only going to look better with more cuts. Keep it up.

Thanks a lot, Yea my roommate and I are, I have the diet down and sticking with it perfectly and just do HIIT Cardio 3-4x per week, my lifting is Layne Nortons phatt program I really like it.
