I don't get it anymore, I went from 210LBS to now my lowest at 163lbs in about 2-years.
I still have a good amount of belly fat and lower chest fat.
My diet is perfect, training is perfect - I've been with a trainer as well.
My macros are:
170 grams protein
75 Grams Fats
I'm broad, and would consider myself definately medium frame, if not large.
Does this make sense? And I'm using an accurate scale, and 5'11 is an understatement - might be around 5'11 and a half.
What am I doing wrong? Do I need to keep losing weight? I have a decent amount of muscle.

You are making perfect progress. I know to you that you have "fat"... but trust me, you just need to pack some muscle on for a bit. Try eating at a surplus that will give you about .5 to 1 pound a week gains for at least 4-6 months minimum. DO NOT be afraid to put on a little bit of fat.... think about the future and the big picture here.Learning something new here every single day... and I'm still not sure if I understand : /

Thanks for all the comments and support guys! Means a lot.. Coming from someone who two years ago barely worked out in his life weighing about 210lbs..
It just seems that I have some flab on my lower belly that hangs.. I just want to get rid of that and some lower chest fat..
Keep in mind I was semi-flexed in picture.
