    Exclamation Trying to gain Lean Muscle Mass. Diet?

    Ok, so here is my diet that I've just made up. Can anyone let me know what they think? I currently weigh 145lbs at 6'0". Looking to gain lean muscle mass as well as size if you know what I mean. Thanks.

    Breakfast: 7 – 8am

    Homemade mass shake

    100g Oats (360 calories. 11g Protein, 60g Carbs, 8g Fat)
    1 scoop whey (130 calories. 25g Protein, 3g Carbs, 2g Fat)
    400ml Skimmed Milk (160 calories. 16g Protein, 24g Carbs, 0g Fat)

    650 cal. 52g Protein. 87g Carbs. 10g Fat.

    Snack: 10 – 11am

    1 scoop whey (130 calories. 25g Protein, 3g Carbs, 2g Fat)
    28g Almonds (164 calories. 6g Protein. 6g Carbs. 14g Fat)

    294 cal. 31g Protein. 9g Carbs. 15g Fat.

    Lunch: 1 – 2pm

    180g Sweet Potato (150 calories. 4g Protein. 37g Carbs. 0g Fat)
    150g Chicken Breast (242 calories. 46g Protein. 0g Carbs. 5g Fat)

    392 cal. 50g Protein. 37g Carbs. 5g Fat.

    Dinner: 4 – 5pm

    200g Potato (220 calories. 0g Protein. 51g Carbs. 0g Fat)
    200g Chicken Breast (242 calories. 53g Protein. 5g Carbs. 13g Fat)

    462 cal. 53g Protein. 56g Carbs. 13g Fat.

    Pre-workout: 7 – 8pm

    Seems cool, but it look like most if ur protein comin from whet. Maybe add some eggs, turkey hot digs are pretty lean, turkey chili has big amount lean protein, or more chicken, etc
