    Can you explain me a bit of the reps, sets, rest time etc; On Mark Ripp Starting Strength program;

    Yep. What's more, one that's likely to be very useful, even if you don't ever run SS.

    The ebook is like $10 or something. Well worth it.

    3 working sets for bench, press, squat. 1 working set for deadlifts. 5 working sets of 3 for power cleans.

    Rest time: as much as it takes. Up to 15 minutes.

    If you don't know how many sets and reps of which exercises are in the program, I doubt you know how to squat, bench, and deadlift properly. Just buy the book. It will answer all your questions and then some. If you still have more, ask away.

    I can't bp, squat , dl properly because I don't know howmany rest I need between sets in a strength program? I am doing bb for about 8 months lol. And you can't tell a number?
