    Hey guys, not looking to de-rail thread, but in need of some advice. Today I am starting fitness and 'bodybuilding', starting SS but I would like to know what a good bulking ratio would be to start with.

    5'11" (stats are wrong I know)
    156lb
    skinnyfat

    Looking to make some strength and size gainzzzz, but when I've tried to find my bmr and all that, that minimum age input is 18 or so, so i'm having a hard time trying to find a decent macro ratio
