Hi! I have been bodybuilding for about 6 years now but only recently this past two years taken it to competing and doing it right! I have gone from 145 pounds a little over a year ago to 190-192 pounds at the moment at exactly 5 '11.
I hope to compete and make a name for myself as a Natural Bodybuilder or Men's physique IFBB pro, I realize I have a long road ahead of me but I would like to put up a few progress pictures and hear information from the people who have been here for a while.
The first picture is from a year and six months ago at about 143 pounds.
The 2nd picture was taken at 187 pounds roughly a month ago.
I workout 6x a week and count and track my calories daily, I went to Vegas for my 21'st a little over a week ago and had one drink and still counted my calories (lame I know) I am very committed and would like some feedback on what I need to work on and how my progress is looking.
Please note I am 100% natural and plan to stay this way,
Do I have a better chance sticking in men's physique or bodybuilding?
As an IFBB-section thread grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Ronnie Coleman approaches 1, no matter what the topic was supposed to discuss originally.
based on your height and goals to stay natural go for men's physique, tho keep training legs lol
Thanks for the info, Yes my legs are my weak point but I have gotten them from 17 inches to 23 1/2 inches currently. I didn't work them out right and enough when I was younger and just now filling them out.
