serious question. i'm on the third day of my first bulk, taking in between 3000-3500 calories, and every night so far, i have severe stomache pain from stuffing the food down. i'm at the point where i wish i would puke. i think i may have to start eating a subway footlong every day to make it easier

Peanut butter, nutella, anything with high fat content.
For someone with less appetite, I could see how it can be hard eating 3500 kcal of healthy foods. So you can enjoy some junk man. (not referring to peanut butter.)
edit: who wouldn't want to be able to eat a whole jar of PB? :P Well, YOU can. :P

strong replies itt. I work construction, lately I've only been doing nothing but digging trenches for 4-5 hours a day at work. I go straight from work to football training which is normally nonstop conditioning for 3 hours this time of the year. Just got home. I eat, then go to the gym with my buds for weight training for about 2 hours, then sleep. rinse & repeat. I rest on the weekends. I won't be doing nearly as much digging/conditioning in the summer tho

I'm not very knowledgable about a ton of lifting or nutrition, that's why I read these forums, but I do no eating lol. I'm tryin to stay bellow 1800 a day and that's tought for me . But if I can do it u can do 3500 a day easy. Try eating 6- 600 Calorie meals 1-2 hours apart. U won't feel bloated. Also try calorie rich meals before and after workout...(ex before workout protien shake, wheat toast, with peanut butter, and an apple (500-600cal), after workout- protien shake, bannna, orange, non fat chocolate milk (600 cal)) please correct me if wrong but I imagine these are good examples. Regardless good luck
