    how do you clean bulk 3000+ calories?

    serious question. i'm on the third day of my first bulk, taking in between 3000-3500 calories, and every night so far, i have severe stomache pain from stuffing the food down. i'm at the point where i wish i would puke. i think i may have to start eating a subway footlong every day to make it easier

    Clean bulking has nothing to do with the types of food you eat. It's about maintaining a small surplus to minimize fat gain.

    Clean Bulking doesn't mean you eat 'healthier' foods as opposed to 'junk'.

    Clean bulking refers to a small calculated calorie surplus i.e. TDEE + 500 cals or 10-20% as opposed to Dirty Bulking which is basically 'Eat all you can'

    today i ended up having subway, but seeing a boatload of sodium + sugar makes me feel like i'm going to gain a ton of fat. (yes, i know it's calories in=calories out, but i'm carb sensitive and bloat like a mofo)

    Peanut butter, nutella, anything with high fat content.
    For someone with less appetite, I could see how it can be hard eating 3500 kcal of healthy foods. So you can enjoy some junk man. (not referring to peanut butter.)

    He says he only eats 3k on weekends, so that averages him at about 6k. If he works a highly laborious job 5 days a week & trains hard too, I can see it being realistic.

    It is pushing it... I'd make ~5200 back in the day on my BMF but that was 9-12 carrying files, 12:15-1:00 warming up for soccer match, 1-3 soccer match then 3:30-5:30 weights

    Yeah I know it's a stretch, I'm just thinking along the lines of a job like a brickie's labourer or landscaper. Digging, lifting & carrying all day. I think it's possible.

    strong replies itt. I work construction, lately I've only been doing nothing but digging trenches for 4-5 hours a day at work. I go straight from work to football training which is normally nonstop conditioning for 3 hours this time of the year. Just got home. I eat, then go to the gym with my buds for weight training for about 2 hours, then sleep. rinse & repeat. I rest on the weekends. I won't be doing nearly as much digging/conditioning in the summer tho

    I'm not very knowledgable about a ton of lifting or nutrition, that's why I read these forums, but I do no eating lol. I'm tryin to stay bellow 1800 a day and that's tought for me . But if I can do it u can do 3500 a day easy. Try eating 6- 600 Calorie meals 1-2 hours apart. U won't feel bloated. Also try calorie rich meals before and after workout...(ex before workout protien shake, wheat toast, with peanut butter, and an apple (500-600cal), after workout- protien shake, bannna, orange, non fat chocolate milk (600 cal)) please correct me if wrong but I imagine these are good examples. Regardless good luck
