    Looking to compete

    I have been working out for a while now and want to step on stage. I know I have a long way to go as far as weight, size, prepping, nutrition, posing etc. and was just looking to see what advice you guys have for someone new going into the game? I live in the west Houston area as well if anybody could recommend a coach or nutritionist that would great.. looking to do some serious work. Thanks!
