    Did you go straight 6-7 months of training or did you have some on and off time? Like training for 1 month on off and then getting serious for 6-7 months.

    Very mirin..

    Also did you go with a brosplit straight from the start or did you do some strength training to pump off your strength? What were your lifts when you started?

    I went from having never touched a weight in my life into 6-7 months serious lifting.
    Appreciate it.
    No idea what my core lifts were when I started but I was weak (barely able to curl 15lbs dumbells and such)
    I didn't do any strength training, straight into brosplit however initially I was only training legs 1x week about a month ago I started doing 2x week.

    Good job OP. I wouldn't really set a weight limit on your physique though. Who knows how you'll look at 160.. Go by the mirror if a physique is what you're after. I wouldn't be surprised if you keep going for more gainz after you reach your set weight either haha...
