definitely back, love nothing more than being able to go heavy on some deads and bent over rows then getting a massive pump on and feeling like im not gonna fit out the door haha

I always look forwards to chest/tris day and I love the pump after working them hard. Plus my bench is progressing really fast so it feels good adding 10 lbs to the bar every session.
