Routines look solid for building endurance, core work and burning calorie, not so much for building/maintaining muscle. Thinking about prescribing circuit-style training as an occasional alternative to cardio machines, while keeping heavy resistance training.as the primary focus for my clients.
Do you guys think she is legit or a gimmick?

Thoughts on Zuzka Light?

Are you serious?
My thoughts are I think she's smoking hot and has managed to find her niche doing basically the same dozen movements weekly for an audience of desperate housewives and horny men. Her rise to fame through her now ex husband basically whoring her out on Youtube is well documented (and he's still at it - with two other women, one or maybe both of which is now his girlfriend). She probably makes a ton of money for being hot and in very good shape and (since she is a former porn star) doesn't mind showing it off, which is a great job if you can get it.
As for the effectiveness, high intensity circuits are going to work for just about anyone. That is, if their body can take it. She does a lot of jumping and pretty high impact movements that many beginners wouldn't be able to handle and uses Tabata timing and short intervals with short rest periods. For fat loss it is fine, but ask yourself if the intensity level is what would be best for your client? If you're just going to copy her routines then the "personal" in personal training is something you might want to think about.
