Hey guys i was wondering if anybody knows how i can fix uneven abs. I'm currently i guess at 20% body fat or less (still have lots of fat) but i can see 2 abs on my left side and 1 on my right side, the problem is that i think the one on my right is crooked it might be fugly ~, i can feel it too. So if anybody has or knows any way i can make them symmetrical squares or rectangles wide or any exercise that would really be appreciated . I'm currently doing these exercises normal plank 1min, 10 crunches & straight leg raises while lying down let me know if i should stop or change them up. Also should i stop doing abs excersicse and just lose weight(cut to 10% bf) then do abs ?. PLEASE HELP ME GUYS :S
