    Exclamation How to Fix or Prevent uneven/crooked ABS

    Hey guys i was wondering if anybody knows how i can fix uneven abs. I'm currently i guess at 20% body fat or less (still have lots of fat) but i can see 2 abs on my left side and 1 on my right side, the problem is that i think the one on my right is crooked it might be fugly ~, i can feel it too. So if anybody has or knows any way i can make them symmetrical squares or rectangles wide or any exercise that would really be appreciated . I'm currently doing these exercises normal plank 1min, 10 crunches & straight leg raises while lying down let me know if i should stop or change them up. Also should i stop doing abs excersicse and just lose weight(cut to 10% bf) then do abs ?. PLEASE HELP ME GUYS :S

    As far as I know it's purely genetic the way your abs are formed, and you cannot sculpt them into a certain shape. Sorry bro.

    The only fix for crooked abs is to wear a shirt. Sorry man, it's all genetics. Worry about your biceps or legs instead

    okay how to fix uneven biceps ? my right has a better shape than my left, and it also feels better for some reason. I am right handed.

    You're Uneven lol why care so much just just keep working with the weights you will even out and abs want even be something that's noticeable then

    TRANSFORMATION need help!

    Upper-body is fairly ok a bit loose from the lower chest part. Lower-body is THE PROBLEM.
    Just have to cut body fat and it will be tight.
