My stretchmarks do not seem to be happy with bulking, alot of them starting to turn bright pink/red again. Good thing I am not too fussed about those or I would probably go mental.
Ill just take it as a good sign of growth, hopefully its mostly muscle and not fat

Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.

All my stretch marks faded pretty well after cutting, went pale and closed up kinda. Bulking seems to make the stretchmarks at the areas with most growth red and stretched again.
Will probably fade over time again when I dont get the first year of lifting growth anymore. They dont bother me anyway, im just taking it as a good sign of growth.
It's nothing compared to all the loose skin , it pretty much takes up 100% of my worries so theres none left for the stretchmarks

There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

These feels suck... I trashed about $1000 of dress shirts and a sport coat I bought 11-13 months ago. Pants still fit from last year, dress shirts stretch in the chest and strain the button so bad, and I could Incredible Hulk the chit outta my coat,
You aren't supposed to touch your chest bro. Spotter was scurred. He knows your elbows shouldn't be past 45 degrees.1175 @172

Feels so right when I spot the wife like that, looks so wrong in that pic tho... dunno why....
I always stop half way down , feel such a stretch in my chest if I go lower. I dont want to stretch my muscles out too much or they wont grow properly.

I'm really struggling to find stuff that fits too. I like a Medium shirt (fits pretty tight, but I like that) but they're usually not long enough. If I spring for the L, it's got all of the extra material around the waist that you're referring to. I need a Medium Tall. Not many places make it. If they do, they're expensive.

What's the point of working out if you are going to wear chit clothes that makes it look like you don't even lift?

My shirts for work cost like $30-40 each. The guy told me they could taper it for $15-20 a shirt, i'm like, I'll wait, thats almost the shirt cost. When I get down to a weight i'm happy with I will need a new wardrobe. My shirts now have alot of material in the stomach. I'm still very top loaded so I find the "athletic fit" suit fits better than a regular fit.

Majority of clothes are made for the average male & we are fat.
You need a slim fit, tailored fit, athletic fit button down.
In a dress shirt 16 slim/tailored/athletic is the perfect fit.
Some 15 1/2 depending on who made it.
Length isn't an issue with the button downs since I usually tuck them but L in v-necks & polo's & shirts you don't tuck are like dresses on me.
dat dere manlet genetics.
Merona brand at target, also Arrow brand at kohls have the fits for more aesthetic guys.
Mall stores carry better fitting clothes but a lot of them just look dumb on an older guy like me.
I have a sewing machine. It isn't hard to use.
It's just a matter of tapering a shirt & matching the taper stitching to old
I'm probably going to start buying L size button down shirts just so I can take in the sides & the arms & have all the stitching match.
Of course I've been saying that for months & just haven't gotten around to figuring out how to do it. LOL!

Yea, I hear you.
For dress shirts, usually a 15 1/2 fits me excellently and even the regular shirts look ok without the athletic taper. The problem there is, I'm 6' 3". usually 15 1/2 comes with 32-33 sleeves. I need 36-37 (sometimes can get away with 35-36). Hello special order! lol.*LF Chat Crew
