"Eating chips and cookies and drinking soda is just like wandering through life. These are the agents of a purposeless existence. Avocados, turkey burgers, brown rice and eggs etc are the agents of a purposeful existence." - orderoutofchaos, The Internet, 2014

Pro-tip from Serp pending....
I would say don't do deads for a minimum of 2 weeks, even if everything feels fine. Backs are finicky and take forever to heal.

Get them by the eggs in your grocery store. 2c=50g protein. Come in a carton, just make sure you get egg WHITES not beaters. beaters are whole eggs, which will have a lot more fat. Also, just be warned, you may have some pretty gnarly gas the first couple days of drinking eggs lol
Edit: I'm thinking about getting a bulk container of them, can be gotten a lot cheaper that way, considering how much I drink~Murray State Crew~

I liked it! I got the lemon drop flavor. Not sure what you opted for. Easy on the taste buds. It was leg day, so I saw a pump for sure, but not the pump I would have noticed for chest/arms. I increased weight today b/c I knew I was taking it. I actually put up more in squat, leg press, and quad raise than I thought I could.
I'm not sure if this was placebo effect though. I'm big on the psychological aspect of stims. I might have been able to do the weight without it. Who knows?! In short, I did like it and I put up more weight so I can't complain. Excited to try it on chest/bi day (tomorrow) Will take pump pic : DDDDDD
I took the Complete stuff intra-workout as well. Who knows what that did, but it was free so I'm gonna use it. Probably a 1 - month check-in/review will tell more. Then we'll compare notes.
I will tell you that all of these stims are annoying.

New Routine:

Re: hemavol
That's good to hear. I have a full-body sesh planned for tomorrow night, so I'll let you know how that goes. Chins, Pistols, Push Ups, Bridges, Handstand Presses, and Hanging Leg Lifts. I got the lemon flavor as well. Placebo effect or not, I hope it gives me something. I've been draggin ass lately, despite 3x full doses of EC per day.

Yeah, I'm not sure what it is really. I kind of feel like now that I'm getting leaner, mirror results should be coming quicker than they actually are. I'm probably just expecting too much, too quickly. The scale is moving, albeit slowly, which I guess is expected. It was always such a consistent gauge for progress, it's a little disheartening to see it slow down like it has. Maybe I should start focusing more on bi-weekly measurements + pics rather than scale.*

My main goal in starting my cut was to be pretty cut by summer-time. I've never been cut in my life. This is the first time I've seen my abs ever coming from forever skinny-fat land. I want to be pretty lean come summer time, enjoy my lean-ness. Come next fall, I will start the lean bulk of the ages. Probably a year, un-inerrupted, unless I start to get groce. That's the plan now anyways.
I know what you mean, though. I threw around the idea of a bulk, but I'm too close to my goal to start going the other direction. I have enough LBM that I don't look like a complete ******* lean.

Even though I just said I won't rely on the scale that much for progress, I will probably still weigh myself everyday just for the data point. I like logging weight every day and letting that app I have set the trend line so I can ensure that I'm trending in the right direction. *

haha. I'm at work and can't get bb.com/forums on my work pc (blocked). So, for longish posts, I type them out in an e-mail and then e-mail it to myself so I get it on my phone (hate typing on my phone). Anyway, when I do that, the 'double spaces' I put between sentences gets copied as one space and one asterisk by my iphone. fkn weird. I can't stop myself from putting two spaces at the end of a sentence when typing. It's a habit. I usually go back and delete a space, but sometimes I miss one and an asterisk lingers.

Both those routines have the same amount of stims. But a gym day looks like this for me:
> make sure I have 5 hours
> wake up
> take multi, fish oil, and all my other daily crap
> mix pre-workout, put on right side of gym bag side pocket
> mix Intra or BCAAs and put in center of pocket
> put protein in shaker and put in left side of pocket
> quadruple check gym bag for contents
> leave for the 50 minute drive
> 5 mins before hitting the city take Slin Sane and start sipping pre
> just before I stop at tanning salon slam back rest of pre
> tan
> cross street to gym
> add extra water to Intra
> workout and drink Intra, topping up with water everytime it hits 50%
> finish workout and change
> mix protein
> leave gym
> drink protein after leaving parking lot1175 @172

Gym pocket I put it in just has a single zipper, I put them in order that I need them so I don't need to unzip all the way when I'm driving to get my pre! I wish my routine was "put on clothes, take pre, drive 5 mins to gym" but unfortunately I need to have whatever I need for a lot of hours when I go, and time my meals and chit. Sucks.
