    I ate horribly, drank too much, and didnt sleep enough over the weekend.

    Did cardio with a slight hangover both mornings though.

    Now researching as I take Y and caffeine right now. I'm not seeing any ill-effect that I can point out. I don't feel any more stressed than normal.

    That doesn't really surprise me. My guess is that even if it's true, the effect size is very small.

    These feels, except so scared to dreamer bulk (again) even though I made awesome gains. My end of cut is marked by a trip to Vegas.... Nothing like starting a lean bulk off right.... And I'm definitely going to the heart attack cafe.

    Also wonder if 35 calories is still ok to have to not break the fast. Not that i ever cared about fasting but its necessary for yohimbine to do its thing.

    You'll be good with 35 kcals. Everything I've read says 50, and I still think that's bro-sciency. I think the point is, don't go eat a bunch of pasta and expect Y to work 2 hours later. I train in the morning so nothing enters my body beforehand (minus Hemavol). I think that's your best bet for Y. It's going to be tough to train in the middle of the day or evening b/c you're going to want a decent amount of time in between your last meal and your exercise for the Y to work.


    EDIT: On a side note, the Y is working. Not placebo. I've been taking pictures. Since I started taking Y, I've seen the same weight loss as normal (~.5 to 1 lb per week) but the changes in the mirror are coming much faster.

    Thats good to hear...conventional wisdom makes me hesitant to but lyle insists they're more effective. How many days until your weight went down after refeed spike?

    I know you're talking to CNH, but we did refeeds on the same day. My refeed weight is gone too. So it only took 1 day for me. He's in the same boat.

    Last week i was back under my prerefeed weight in 3 days. This week it only took 2 days. I feel a bit sluggish on the day of so ill try to keep them on rest days or i guess i could just workout early.

    That's good to hear guys, it's kind of dumb how nervous I am about doing a refeed but I now I feel my mind is a little more at ease lol.

    Category 2s (not obese but not lean individuals) are supposed to have one cheat meal a week, and one five hour refeed a week...Lyle suggested to help psychologically and to aid hormonal levels. Scheduled the cheat meal for 4th day of week, then the refeed on 7th day of week.

    Even with cheat meal I was only @ 1200 cals. It's the refeed I'm hesitant about though...supposed to reach close to maintenance and eat a ton of carbs to replenish glycogen. Might just try it for one week and see how it turns out.

    IIRC (it's been a while) l-tyrosine is the base A-A in the catecholamines (adrenaline/noradrenaline), which are part of the whole stubborn fat activation process. So taking l-tyrosine beforehand will insure that your body can make a good supply of them.
