It gets to the point where I can't have anything that I enjoy eating that doesn't take serious prep time. Anything quick and delicious is a disaster waiting to happen. That's why I'm tempting myself with quest bars and ice cream right now but eating more during the day. I need to get a handle on not devouring things.

Side note before I MIA at the gym for two hours: FUK people are in bad shape. 3 out of 4 people that just came in sounded like they were just chased by a bear for 2 miles and narrowly escaped. The changing room is like 30 seconds walk from the gym. You shouldn't be winded at all by the time you get here......

mfw the entire first page in the nutrition section is sticky threads
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

My wife is the same way...must have breakfast. A lot of it is mental though I'm sure. On the last cut, I was eating like 4-5 times a day and always felt weak if I didn't eat right before going to the gym. This cut, I'm only eating like twice, workouts are spaced evenly between those two meals and I've had no issues...why? I think because I'm mentally prepared for it or maybe it's just the bigger lunch...IDK.

What actually is the point in the nutrition section?
Every time I've been in there it's full of 'are carbs bad?' type threads.Currently cutting.

I doubt Serp is the one to trust on relationships, but in this case I'm inclines to agree. Why let her walk all over you? Why do you have to be the one that suffers? If you don't WANT to be out of the house, don't leave. Just ignore her, stay away from her, go about your business. Maybe even do things that piss her off just because you like it and you DGAF right now. If she can't stand to be around, she knows where the door is. If I'm fighting with a female, I'm still sleeping in my bed. If that's an issue for her, well, that's an issue for her. She can do what she needs to do.
PS: LegallyBlondee, none I'd this applies to you HBB. You could walk all over me with dagger tipped stilettos and I'll take it with a smile.1175 @172

its not about them, its about not being pushed around and being the bigger man and setting rules instead of "ill just sleep on the couch". So unless there is physical violence involved, you cannot be forced to leave your own residence.
INB4 someone says "you dont know what its like to blah blah"There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

In 5 years of being married, last night was the first time i slept on the couch instead of my bed.
Ill just say its easier to be out of the house and not dealing with the bull****. Hoping it just blows over in a couple days. If not, im back on the market
I know its not the popular choice, and its not the "alpha" thing to do, but im just trying to avoid the nonsense.
It is what it is.LEO

PS: Ron. If you end up back on the market bang tons of girls with no self esteem while you preceded to get jacked. By the time you're in good shape you'll have the confidence to land an absolute bombshell.
This is the realist of real talk.1175 @172

Personally brah, when my now ex didn't want to sleep in the same bed as me SHE slept on the couch.
When she wanted to go stay at her dad's I told her "fine, but the kids are staying here because this is their legal address & i'll call cops if you try to take them away from their home"
However, I found out she was cheating on me & realized all the BS she was putting me through was in fact BS to cover the real reason for everything that was going on.
So I went super dick on her.
Of course I had the advantage of owning the house before her & mine was the only name on the mortgage.
Which incidentally is the reason why i'll never live under another woman's roof.
She can never boot me out & if I get tired of her sheet I can change the locks & leave her crap on the front porch.
My buddy did that when he caught his GF cheating on him. Got permission from his landlord & out she went. LOL!

When I gave my ex the boot I told her I'd give her a few weeks to get out, since I drug he across the country and she had absolutely nothing or no one out here. She went absolutely psycho when I went out with another girl (like 2 days after breaking up with her, and SIGNIFICANTLY hotter), so I said "you have 24 hours. GTFO". Out she went.
