My food log significantly lacks calories, but my micros and macros are still pretty solid. Gotta get eating more calories though.

How could you lack calories, yet hit macros; seems like an atypical issue. Unless you're talking about fat and protein minimums, and if that's the case, then add carbs to your "essential" list. Makes everything a lot easier to have a set amount of each to work with, rather than just minimums; although, this is complete broscience and holds absolutely no truth.

I don't even know where to begin here... But if you micro manage your diet to the exact gram of each micro, and therefore calories I feel really really bad for you. I can hit my minimums and be at like 1200 calories.

Micros have been my weak spot lately. Mostly just occasional broccoli, multi, extra vitamin D and calcium.
Krate's 92 grams of protein is pathetic for a strapping 5'11" dude. I don't think I broke 60g yesterday, but that was a very rare exception.

Guys, I'm pissed. Just found out the gym I signed up for specifically so I could tan doesn't allow tanning for the $34/mo fee, it's an extra $25/mo for tanning. like WTF. Then proceeded to tell me that no gyms combine both. but this is the first I've been to that doesn't...

None I know of combine it for free... Certainly not for $34/mth. $60/mth for both is a good price.

Eat meat and fats. I don't get it. You don't HAVE to eat carbs, and there are lots of foods with little to no carbs. I've been hitting like 1500 calories with ~200g protein. When I go for 1500 calorie days I let my fats dip a little bit just to cut harder, but I could easily replace some carbs I choose to eat for fat sources.

All the gyms around me are around 750-1000 a year with no tanning.
I ended up getting a steal though and got a 2 year membership for 500 total but I can't workout Monday or Tuesday.

That answers my question. I can hit my protein requirements on 1200-1500 calories, probably less, but hitting fat macros at 1500 isn't easy to do and stay satiated.

Yes it is. It was completely a conscious choice to eat carbs instead of a fat source, and your reasoning is quite flawed anyway since fats are more satiating that carbs. If you think it's hard you need to expand your food choices. If you choose not to do it that's a completely different story.

Well, that's what they call it in Canada apparently. Here we call it creamed corn. It doesn't bother me, but just the sight of it used to make both my dad and my sister gag.
