it's just an estimation from the stats we see. there was no picture or anything so we had to visualize a 145 pounder who is 5'9" with a 33 inch waist. probably skinny with some fat on the side(33 inch waist).I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER!!!!

It seems to me that someone who is 5'9" with a 33" waist would weigh considerably more than 145. My guess is you have very little muscle. I'd recommend focusing more on that.Originally posted by gymboyjb717

theres a body fat calcualtor on maximuscles site, seems to be the most realistic one iv used on the net.
Motivation is sometimes a greater asset than power

I'm same size as you have waist of 31 and I weigh like 146 (thought it was more strange) but I have muscle so... I dunno damn now I'm confused think my bf% is lower then 16 tho really no good way of tellin just like this
