could anyone help me out with an good dieet.
i try to bulk up.
i'm 17 and weight 159 lbs
this is what my dieet is look like now.
breakfast:
cornflakes or choco pops
6 peaces of breath with chicken filet
banana
3 biscuits with peanut butter
meal 2:
apple
4 eggs
tuna fish
2 glasses milk
meal 3 :
yoghurt
pasta
noodles
cup a soup
meal 4 :
peanut butter
whey protein
cheeseburgers ( 2 )
meal 5 :
fresh food ( evening )
1 egg
1 liter milk
meal 6 :
6 breath with meat
tuna fish
apple
yoghurt

breakfast: drop the cereal, and have some oatmeal instead. switch the biscuits with whole-wheat bread.
meal 2: looks alright
meal 3: drop the cup of soup. make sure the pasta/nooldes are whole-wheat. maybe switch the yogurt with a better source of protein.
meal 4: looks alright, but maybe drop the cheese from the burgers.
meal 5: looks alright
meal 6: looks alright, except i'd maybe have some cottage cheese since it is your last meal of the day.
btw- what is "breath"?

Substitue the cereal for some cherrios/oatmeal
and as said above use wholewheat or light rye. the rest is fine
meal 2:
apple
4 eggs
tuna fish
2 glasses milk
this is very good
meal 3 :
yoghurt
pasta
noodles
cup a soup
yoghurt is fine soup is really high in sodium but its okay occasionally.
meal 4 :
peanut butter
whey protein
cheeseburgers ( 2 )
burgers are loaded with fat how about chicken? If this is your post workout add some gatorade(creatine/glutamine mix)
meal 5 :
fresh food ( evening )
1 egg
1 liter milk
Damn bad exp. with 1 litre of milk lol it feels like ur drunk if you drink it real fast but hey if u can stomach it ok good for you.
meal 6 :
6 breath with meat
tuna fish
apple
yoghurt
not good so many carbs in the evening your setting yourself up for overnigth fat gain. Cut the apple eat it in the morning or lunch. Tuna is good Here is where you want to eat peanut butter and drink some of your milk. Cut down that litre to 500ml? Just a suggestion.
