Hi everyone,
I wish to lose the weight i gained. use to be 180 in 2009 (12th grade)
and in 2007 (10th grade) i was 155. and i wish to get back to 155 or 160 would be great.
Now that i havent worked out. I gained alot of belly fat and also chest fat!!
I never had chest fat. I really want to lose the man boobs first and then belly fat if anything.
I dont have a gym membership. But i have dumbbells and a incline/flat/decline bench.
Please help me im really dedicated on doing this.
My goal is to reach it at May 19 2013. and if goal is not reached. Another 3 months. Please help. Tips anything will help.

Calorie defecit.. Your gonna need to track all the calories you put into your body and make sure you have around 500+ defecit. Look on the site for workouts, there's a whole lot of em. If you lose 2 lbs of fat a week and you wanna be done by may thats roughly 3 months so determination. Also the first big chunk of weight to fall off the scale is water weight so don't think every week you will drop 5+ lbs. good luck
