    New User BF estimates?

    What do you guys think? I'm just getting starting working out using StrongLifts, and I want to get some estimates for body fat percentage. I'm thinking of getting a dexa scan this friday to get some concrete numbers so I can compare in the future.

    DEXA scan update

    I got a DEXA scan yesterday. 11.4% body fat, see the attached screenshots from my visit to the body center. It was the same place that Tim Ferris used in the 4-hour body. A little different results than I was getting with the home scale. I have the Eat Smart scale which in the last week shows me I'm anywhere between 9.4% to 10%.
