    1 every other day or so, Ive gone a week without needing a shake. I eat a lot and only have protien when I know I won't have time for a full meal through out the day or before I go to bed if I haven't gotten enough protein.

    2-3 depending on if I double up the serving on one of the shakes or not. Almost always have a shake first thing in the morning and always after workout. The other is before bed sometimes.

    Unless you're absolutely massive and hard up I don't see why you'd need to drink any more than that. It's easy enough to get 1g per pound of bodyweight from meat, fish, nuts and dairy.

    I have to have 2 a day, usually 1.5 to 2 scoops with 700ml of milk.

    Woke up late today so need maybe a 3 scooper to hit my macros.

    On 2150 atm today so one more shake will hit my macros.
