Now i know multi-vitamins is just vitamins but do you think i need them or is it not needed, i eat alot of vegatables, fruit take magnesium powder alot of stuff but would it help? Usefull thoughts would be appreciated, just turning sixteen on sunday.

Idk how useful they are, I just take them and fish oil. I don't really notice any difference when I take them and when I don't buy whatever.

A multi is good for almost anyone in all honesty, make sure your picking up a quality multi though otherwise you will just piss out most of it majority of the time.
Just my 2c but Orange triad is a great multi and lots of people can tell you the same. Take 3 of them per day and that's all you'll probably need.
