I train in the morning so usually i have a shake before and that's it.

Lol, I was in GNC just browsing and this woman was talking to the worker and she said that her son stopped eating and only drank protein shakes. I was like lolwut. Idiots like that give lifters a bad name.
I used to use a **** ton of it but then I realized food is better and more filling. I never use whey anymore lol just tuna, chicken, eggs, and cottage cheese. All you really need.

When my mum was out shopping the cashier lady noticed a lot of health foods coming through and asked about it. My mum explained that her son had lost a lot of weight and was trying to slim down and gain mass. The lady asked if I drank protein shakes and mum nodded. The lady shook her head and said "when my son thought he wanted to be a bodybuilder he stopped eating proper meals and just drank the shakes throughout the day. They're the devil's work"
My mum was like "LOL, NOOB."

My mom goes shopping in a rough town even though it's further away than the nice local town because everything inside is cheaper than in the nice town. People in there skip straight through the fruit and veg and over to the frozen ready meals, potato crisps and candy bars. Roll up with a trolley full of whatever was on offer/special deal because they're poor as fawk. Vegetables? Not even once.
So when somebody comes in with a trolley full of fresh fruit, vegetables, organic meats and other whole foods the cashier is like "WTF. I don't even know what half this **** is"
Genuinely heard somebody say in the gym the other day (I go to the gym in the rough town as well - because it's cheaper) "Nah, I can't get any heavier or any lighter than 175" and the guy was like "Why?", guy was like "Can't cut because I don't like vegetables or fruit or nothing, and if I try and bulk I just get fat".
"Then what do you eat?", "Mainly just tinned food and take-away"

Perhaps they just aren't hungry - don't have a bottomless pit of a stomach like I do.
Also they may not be as 'enhanced' as I am - with AAS, hGH, and Slin.. the body can utilize MUCH MUCH greater amounts of Protein.

It's pretty damn close.

Didn't see protein content on the label. If 2 buckets really has 7k g of protein you're god of tbb. Although a 1lb of chicken breast is like a little under 2k protein.
