I ordered a pair of Hurley Phantom Monochrome boardshorts not realizing they were that 4-way stretch material.

They are not tight on me like spandex and the waistline doesnt stretch.
The only shorts regulations i can find isn't very clear on this,
seeing as how alot of new boardshorts coming out are also this same material.

Does anyone know if these are/arent legal for certain?
