UD 2.0 please help if you can with this situation.
Hey guys, alright so I am looking to do UD 2.0 for roughly 6 weeks to get to low bf for abs currently im about 15-16% bodyfat, 170lbs (i've been lifting for about 3 years). I read the book and I see the schedule, workout and eating that they put in. So I was wondering what you guys think about switching it up, reason is I work afternoon, so ALL workouts are morning. So, I was thinking of doing Sunday-Wednesday: Low calorie (1200-1300, at least 160g protein) then thursday: (carb up day, but im doing the workout morning cuz of work) 4000 calories, 700g carbs, 200g protein and 44g fat, then Friday and saturday: Maintaince- 2200 calories. Is this good? I only carb up for 1 entire day. Another question, is the workouts, should I do the workout in the book or do what they say and hit each muscle group wit 2-3 exercise with 2-3 set? Someone please help me on this. Oh also dont say "why not do a traditional cut with calorie deficit" no i dont want to do that, cuz i usually cant stick with it, if its a set regime that fits with my schedule (as mentioned above) i can do it, plus I see many great results with this diet lol. Appreciate if people could help out, especially if you've done this diet. Once again thanks

A poster named PhiSiggyTyler69 tried this exact thing and almost died. Now he spends all his time trolling facebook and eating bacon cheeseburgers with homemade french fries while "cutting". Fukking shame, bro, I'd hate to see the same happen to you.

Hey I liked the UD 2.0 and actually had success. You are thinking about Rapid Fat Loss. The reason I quit UD 2.0 is because my endo told me that low carbing wasn't good for my hypothyroidism. You're right about the FB cheeseburger trolling

Sorry you got trolled bro. But if you join the Body Recomposition forums, you can ask this question to Lyle himself. I'm sure he'll be happy to help.

OP, 1 day Carb load is fine. You'll want more than 700g though and a lot less protein.
My Carb load days were like 50/1,200/100
Eat starchy carbs. I loaded up on bagels, potatoes and pasta. I'm not even lean but they pulled water into my muscles like crazy.
I didn't follow the workout. I just did full body with high reps. Almost looked like i was doing crossfit (except with good form)

^^^ Don't listen to this horrible advice, OP. Paleo is the way to go for a mind as sharp as yours. Think all natural. So easy a red can do it.

My scale says I'm bulking
4 days at 1200-1300 cal? I wouldn't be able to lift anything reasonable after 2 days of that.

I know that it's just with my work schedule some things get sorta messed up. I follow the calorie intake, but I work afternoon so my carb up is in the morning right after the tension workout also in morning.

Yea, I mean if you want to substitute something (bb bench for db bench) out then go for it.

Okay, would it be recommended to add a exercise or two for certain muscle groups ? For tension workout mostly, my power workout is the one from the book so it's set same as depletion, except I do 1 day free weights and second machines.
