Photo Shoot In 3 Days ... HELP??

What can i do in the next 3 days to look my best for a photo shoot (my first photo shoot) whcih has just come up. Im already quite lean about 8% or 9% bodyfat.

Re-feed?
carb cycle?
water consumption?
red wine?
Etc Ect Ect

Any tips will help...... Please and thank you

Use a natural diuretic (Dandelion Root extract) and a high dose of Vitamin C powder (8-10g) during the night before the shoot, IMO i would also manipulate your water to look extra dry and cut your water 14 hours before the shoot will begin

You dont have enough time to carb cycle or deplete, so I would do as Lion_Heart says, cut off your water intake and sip only as needed the day of the shoot. Go get a good spray tan too the day before.

I think one has to be very careful about cutting water, sometimes you can come in looking flat, but maybe in a photo shoot as opposed to a contest that's not a problem. Good luck.
