Question bikini fitness competition + travel = doable???

    hello everyone!

i would like to know your advices!

i'm planing doing a bikini competition in 7 months( i did not start yet working out for this but i workout 3x a week) but in these next 7 months i will be away in hotel rooms(italy, France and hawaii) with no kitchen equipment for a total of 40 days...and it won't be possible to mesure my food because i will eat everytime at restaurants....

do you still think it's possible for me to do the competition with these conditions or should i start my training after all my travels??

    thanks!

I don't really think anything is IMPOSSIBLE, but under those conditions it would be extremely difficult. Would you even have the time or place to train?

I'm a firm believe in "Where there is a will, there is a way" - My bf travels often and complains he's not able to eat healthy but I don't buy it. What restaurant doesn't have a grilled chicken breast?

You could do it. Question is, do you really want to go to France and Italy and order a chicken breast at every restaurant. Why not go enjoy your trip, sample the local food, and do a bikini comp a year later. Thats just what I would do, of course do what you like

If you were a seasoned competitor who's been through actual contest preps, you could find a way to make it work. But as a first time competitor who's never been though an actual prep, I wouldn't even attempt it.
