    Cottage Cheese During Contest Prep?

I love cottage cheese and eat it every single night before bed with a scoop of whey. Been reading around and some say to drop the cottage cheese others say just stick with 1/2 cup only before bed. Whats your guys opinion on this? It does have a lot of sodium so it could maybe make me hold some water. Monday I'll be 4 weeks out.

I would use it as long as it fits in with your sodium levels. I'm not sure if your doing a sodium load or not but if it fits in, I figure go ahead.
I saw a woman wearing a sweatshirt with Guess on it. I said, Thyroid problem?

Perfectly fine. Don't worry about sodium. I eat plain yogurt before bed as well. I do however cut all dairy two weeks out just to eliminate any minor bloating due to lactose.

Alright thanks, good to know. Love cottage cheese. But yeah I was thinking about cutting it out 2-3 weeks out. It'll make it even that much better once I eat it again for the first time after not having it for 2-3 weeks lol.

As long as it goes with your sodium levels.
