i would like to know your advices!
i'm planing doing a bikini competition in 7 months( i did not start yet working out for this but i workout 3x a week) but in these next 7 months i will be away in hotel rooms(italy, France and hawaii) with no kitchen equipment for a total of 40 days...and it won't be possible to mesure my food because i will eat everytime at restaurants....
do you still think it's possible for me to do the competition with these conditions or should i start my training after all my travels??

If you were a seasoned competitor who's been through actual contest preps, you could find a way to make it work. But as a first time competitor who's never been though an actual prep, I wouldn't even attempt it.www.iron-kim.com
