I actually did read somewhere that JOJ pushed Cedric, and when I looked at pics/vid, I was like "wtf was that author on when he wrote that?" lol!
Anyways, Dex is right that Cedric hasn't competed against the best yet. That being said, I think Ced has all the right tools already.
Anyone else think Dexter's tri's look pretty thick? Not to mention his forearms (which I think are often overlooked by folks - he's got great forearms).

It enables people...who hate one another...who don't speak the same language...who would fight one another if they had the chance, to cooperate economically. We were able to deal with China when China was a communist state. Even though we thought that that was a terrible arrangement, we could still cooperate. And that's what markets enable people to do. They bring freedom with them."

I've never seen anyone who looks less like a bodybuilding trainer than Charles Glass.
I don't know if this falls into the category but I heard prostate isn't kept healthy if constant pressure is done on it, I heard it is one of issues for many bikers. Not sure if the pressure from heavy military press puts many pressure on prostate, but according to my personal experience, I think it does, if I sit straight on the bench instead of sitting like inclined bench manner (I can feel the pressure around my prostate if I am sitting vertically with heavy military press)

Yeah after he said that in the video, I was like wtf? IMO the Arnold is between these 2 only: Dex and Ced. Both look great in shape, but I prefer Ced ftw.

That part about JOJ beating Cedric was dumb but what Dexter said is basically correct, Cedric hasn't yet tested himself against the top pros. As amazing as Cedric looks, there's always that doubt that he might not look so good next to Phil and Kai and the others.

oddly Sibil actually has a long list of shows she's competed in and I believe she's won a couple.
Back on topic.. Dex is basically right. Ced looks amazing imo, but now is time to see how Ced stacks up against the big guys

After your post I focused on more what Jay is eating, from what he has on the kitchen top has anyone noticed that he does not have enough water??, a 500ml bottle of water would not be enough with that big bowl of oats and the fried stuff. Everyone knows Americans prefer coffee to tea, so lets assume the red and black mug has coffee in it, coffee will not dehydrate Cutler, it only has a mild diuretic effect but nor will it hydrate his body. . - RommyRomboid
