jbo= no1 bro scientist, please go read some scientific material not the forum posts by other non knowledgable broscientist like you. protein-essential fats-essential carbs-to make up calories. listening to that steroid user who still gets optimum fat intake almost guaranteed from his diet and uses the carbs to make up the calories, because he has to feed the muscles on cycle just to dumb to realise it.
this is also why your red.

Explain to me what I have to learn and how have you smashed my dreams? You are merely limiting what someone can achieve because you don't have the capacity, passion, drive to accomplish what some natural bodybuilders have accomplished. There is more than one 'buddy' who supports what I say, most of which have 20' arms, bench 405+ squat 500+ and deadlift 600+.
If you have nothing mature to contribute, seeing as your an 'adult', I suggest you rethink your intentions, bro.

News just in: Ronnie Coleman is also all natural. If you disagree then it's just because you don't have the capacity, passion and drive to accomplish what he accomplished.

No disrespect whatsoever, but you honestly have no idea what you're talking about. The people on these forums are filled with knowledge because they have bdeen members for much longer and have received advice from both natural bodybuilders and IFBB pros. You just joined this month and have a distorted image of reality because you have listened to what some bulky men at the gym have told you. Just because a monster of a man gives you advice doesn't necessarily mean it is true. I'm not saying you are unintelligent; I am telling you that you are misinformed. Fat by no means makes you fat. Do you count macros/calories? You seeem rather cocky and act as if you know everything. You should never act that way. There will ALWAYS be room to learn. Just saying. However, continue doing what you're doing if you enjoy being criticized and attacked by forum members. Just my two cents man

Seriously? Are you high? I'm on a very high fat diet mainly from meat, eggs, nuts, whole milk. Fat is essential. it decreases inflammation, increases appetite, controls hormone regulation, among many other things. Carbs should be kept to minimum when dieting because eating too many carbs is hard on your pancreas and screws with your energy levels.

Then your a fkin idiot srs. You have nothing to back up your claim apart from the **** your juiced up bull****ting friend tells you. There are tons of guys at my gym his size and bigger and i always hear them complaining about having to cut x amount of carbs on a cut. Carbs are good don't get me wrong, infact if i go below 130g of carbs i feel like crap but the only reason they could help is for the extra calories and the energy they give you to work out but there is no real direct correlation between carb intake and protein synthesis, replacing those extra carbs with protein would yield better results in that aspect, if you can handle the lower energy levels. Carb intake is really the only macro you should be adjusting on a cut unless you screw up at the start.
Oh and 170 odd lbs is nothing to brag about son. I weighed 27 lbs more then that at the peak of my bulk, il be your weight shredded your not 5% bf either.Last edited by Ryhz; 02-19-2013 at 04:07 PM.

the minutes i saw this thread i knew it could cause "tension" everyone has there different opinions about what physique they want. For me personally i don't think i could ever get big and then cut. Skinny guys getting "skinny ripped" is an amazing transformation, you have no fat to play with its just pure muscle building. Everyone should be encouraging each other on what physique they are after, it just helps them smile and motivate them more.
Seeing results helps me motivate. and boobies. plenty of boobies.
Follow me, friend me, help me out motivate me. 50-80kg goal. (currently 60kg March 2013)

This thread went full retard. I mean i expected stupidity but we have like 5 different arguements going on about things vastly different than what started the thread.
Take away point is carbs aren't an essential nutrient, fat and protein both are. For those of you with horrible reading comprehension, that doesn't mean someone is saying don't eat carbs, just that they are NOT essential. People do great on keto diets while no one eats a zero fat diet because they would slowly die."Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"
