    getting back into lifting bf guess???

    Hey, dropped outta lifting few years ago, getting back into it starting 2nd cycle of allpros and started at 176 and am now 180 after 6 weeks under certin lighting i can see a 2 pack pictures can't really see

    either way where to you guys think I am at was thinking 18-20% and should I cut or focus on keep putting weight on to make a cut worth while...I ultimately want to be 180 and lean

    id say 21 or 22 percent. id do a nice clean bulk then cut when you feel like your happy with your gains.

    I'd say lower to mid 20's somewhere. This is just me, but I couldn't bulk at that bodyfat percentage. I would cut down to a reasonable body fat and then bulk from there. It doesn't have to be 10% or anything, but I'd at least get down into the mid-teens before bulking.

    gunna continue on my slow weight gain and put on another 2-3 pounds
    just started 2nd cycle of all pros so I'll finish this cycle off same way (hard to lift heavier and not eat I get freaking hungry haha)

    then start incorporating some HIIT and back off the calories for 12 weeks (I have a ton of ephedrine and affine from few years ago maybe jump on ECA for last 4 weeks)
    putting me into june and hopefully 12ish% body fat and retain some lean mass then do another nice clean slow bulk


    I dropped down to 145lbs at one point few years ago and I don't ever want to be that small again...I still feel small now (which I am haha) prolly why I am scared to cut

    I'd cut to 10-12% and then start bulking. Fat tissue is known to produce estrogen, so I would get rid of that potential threat first.

    these were couple years ago but I guess decent reference to body fat since it is my body haha

    Maybe i will start some cardio on off days now keeping food intake normal for next 6 weeks and go from there and adjust calories to shred might be all I need to start getting rid of some chub as I havn't started cardio and just started the weights 6 weeks ago
