Cliffs on the story so far:
-2009: skinny as ****, played a lot of soccer all day everyday
-2010: eleventh grade, academic pressure like never before, greatly reduced physical activity
-August,2010...Broke ACL in left knee, all physical activity stops plus academic burden = depression
-didn't undergo ACLreconstruction surgery until June,2012.
-within the 2010-2012 timespan gain nearly 30kgs weight become a fat phuc
-Fitness journey starts with ACL rehab after surgery.
-lose 20kgs weight in around 3months(I was too enthusiastic and lost this weight a little too quickly)
-now working on gaining muscle mass
2009 (skinny stage):
Fat stage
(Nearly lean stage) After 10Months of very dedicated training and dieting (Nov-2012-August 2012) :
Every since I have been trying to get bigger(Nov2012-Feb2013):
But me being pure vegetarian and having a inherent fear of food after that depression bulk of 2010, I am finding it hard to get in enough calories.
But we are all gonna make it!!

As long as your happy that's all that matters. Keep up the hard work OP.
Fight Club was the beginning, now it's moved out of the basement, it's called Project Mayhem. -Tyler Durden.
There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman; some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me: only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable... I simply am not there. - Patrick Bateman

Fat to fit...FIT how can you mistake that for muscular shredded? Theres the fat/skinny to mass title used for that.
Thanks for commenting bro, means a lot!
And any way I don't claim I am muscular or shredded yet those are current goals: but Yes I am very proud of what I have done so far
THANKS brah, goodluck to u for all your goals!

Aah, keep these flames of ego out of your post. First, you were not fat at all, even with your stats 85 kg with 25% bf is not fat, it is considered as skinny fat. So, now in your after pics you just look skinny(no offence). Where the hell is fat and fit person? I'm not saying that your progress isn't good or so, but think twice before making those blanket titles in the future. Good luck with your goals.

I see it now\
thanks
.
Its when you said "you have nothing to brag about" it became more comprehensible to me.
Its just that I never thought I could do this and when I did it felt like a dream come true.
Then I saw more of others work in the 'fat to fit' sticky and realised that I still have miles to go.Last edited by atfitness; 02-21-2013 at 02:08 AM.

This is what depression does to you.
I cant trust myself anymore before I don't respect myself enough.
I made this thread full of hope and excitement and felt happy and on top of the world when some posters said 'good job'
And then a few came and said I wasn't fat really and I really haven't achieved much and that left me stumped
INB4 dear diary
At one moment I was so happy and the next I felt so bad even though this is the result of my work and yet it would seem I cant take pride in it unless approved by others.
And when I didn't find that approval I became sentimental and lashed out even though everyone was polite.
Now that I am writing this, all of it feels so fked up...guess I am still battling depression and self esteem issues.
I wish I had never made this thread and then I could have gone on pretending that yes by lifting I am progressing in my life.
Physically sure I have progressed but I am facing the same psychological issues right now that I did back in 2011 when I felt I was so fat and ugly it hurt to exist.
Wow that was some rant/I am trying to build muscle, if you have successfully done it and have few minutes to spare please inbox me what has worked for you. Thanks! :D

Dont let other peoples opinions get you down!!! If your happy with your progress then good for you just stick at it and it will come.
Try to understand people arent nockin your progress its the cocky way you say things and the ego. Really is no need ever to use the word brah or youll mire brah (imo brah)
But keep ur chin up heading in the right direction

I read both threads and felt somewhat obliged to give you my constructive criticism.
What facial aesthetics? The smiley? Your face is hidden!? Please make decent progress photos next time. Sorry for the reality check, but these are crap. Other then blurriness and weird angles, there is almost nothing to see. I honestly though you were trolling :S
Anyway you obviously made progress and goodjob for that! Continue lifting for self-improvement. And perhaps remove that ego. Whatever makes you happy bro!Last edited by Jimetics; 02-21-2013 at 05:11 AM.

I hear yah!
On this site and forum there are a lot of people with god like bodies, being humble is not one of there gifts. Shrug off the negative comments, not all of them are intentional. Just stick with it and you'll have the body of your dreams in time and when you get there remember to stay humble! Good Luck and be Strong!

Okay, thank you for posting
This is what I meant:
Before: After:
Also I was always so self conscious that I avoided being in photos AT ALL. Those who were fat will understand this. On retrospect I believe I should have taken a lot of photos but back then I didn't think I would make a transformation like this.
Thanks for posting.
I'll remember that...along with the fact that there are kind people like you!
Thanks for posting! Good luck for all of your goals!!
.
EDIT:
just saw this thread here about bodyfat% http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=151305473
Acc. to this I was at 30+% bf in my fat stage because the moobs were quite visible and excruciatingly embarrassing, I just wish I can find a pic that shows it more clearly, i'll keep searchingLast edited by atfitness; 02-21-2013 at 09:54 PM.
