Hi guys! before i touched a weight i was skinny fat (no mass at all but high bodyfat). Ive been training 1 years with **** diet and progress was small (noob gains). For 3 months ive been clean bulking with 3300 calories. Heigh: 6ft4 , 93 kg(186lbs).Rate my progress please.
I am training 4x week : pushing day , pulling day ,legs and abs.
This is what i found it works on my body. Cant bulk like ectos cuz il get fat as fu**

After deciding which I thought was before/after, I checked. Turns out I guessed right, so yes I would definitely say you have made progress.
- I would say your deltoids look like they grew quite a bit.
- Your traps look bigger, but you are posing slightly differently in the second picture.
How much weight did you gain during the three months?
It would help a lot if both pictures are shirtless and the pose and lightning is identical
