    Best pre workout supplement

    Hi im 15 year old going to be 16 just wanted to start taking a pre workout supplement, but dont know which one to start with, i take gold standard 100% whey protein after my workout

    Your quite young for heavy stimulants i recommend start off with something light which i love (ON Amino Energy) i usually take it for my light days or cardio sessions, but when i hit heavy days i stick to something more stronger (Cellucor C4) .... like i said start light and see how it goes from there just to give you an idea

    I have the raspberry lemonade assault. Taste is very nice and good pump/energy. You might want to start with 1/2 scoop to test it out at 1st. Asking your primary care physician might be good too, just to make sure you are ready for the supp. You have to be safe!

    Assault is a good pre, Craze, and White Flood are also good options.
    You may want to get a protein and creatine as well

    I wouldn't worry about that just yet. Just eat correctly and lift corrrectly and be patient and youll see results.
