I had a really good workout at the gym a few hours ago, then came home and did some more exercises since. Now that i'm lid down relaxing, my body feels like it weighs a tonne. I can't remember this happening to me before. I think sleeping it off may be the best thing. Has anybody experienced this after a really good workout before? Does it mean i'm dehydrated? Any suggestions on how to make it stop? I have been taking a pre-workout (Craze), is there a possibility that could be causing it?

i went to gym today did 1 set of rows and had a massive headache idk why either, it was so painful so...i keep working out finished back, but, it was so bad by then i couldnt finish biceps. angryashellman.
