ON whey double rich chocolate = bad mixability?

I noticed when I bought the 10 lb chocolate ON whey, I couldn't mix the protein w/ water in a shaker cup by shaking it. There would be a lot of the protein stuck to the bottom of the cup in big chunks with powder inside them. The only way to shake it would be to grab a spoon and manually break up all those chunks with powder inside and mix it well. The chunks taste good after mixing, but it's a pain not being able to mix by shaking like I can with the Vanilla Ice Cream and Banana Cream flavors.

Do you guys have this problem too?

Solution use a blender bottle and add liquid then protein powder, also noticed limit for like 18-20oz of water is like 2-3 scoops of ON whey.

I have noticed poor mixability with powdered milk in water , but with water the ON Whey Double Rich Chocolate mixes well.

I normally add the water first thrn the powder and shake mixes pretty good this way

Chocolate mint mixed OK for me. Try adding water and powder little by little
