    Dont work abs at gym ?

    Dunno about you guys but i dont work out abs at the gym, ill wait till i get home.
    i feel you can do so many awesome ab excersizes at home when your arms are recovering, so why let it take up a day at the gym.
    what do all you do ?

    Love working out abs and getting that burn aha

    squats work the abs hard enough. it's ok to work abs directly but try diff rep ranges (6-15)

    I just do heavy ab work after I train legs. Cable crunches or decline barbell situps

    i actually think abs are quite important, because it allows me to squat hell lot more, and takes some pressure off my lower back. i mean i can squat 80s on free and 110 on smith, all the way till ass lines up with my knee. so i guess abs are pretty important even if you're not so lean and can't show it. but its just my opinion, helps me prevent some serious injuries.
