    Question Does my cut diet look good?

    Age:17
    Weight:155
    Height:5'7.5"

    >I'm getting around 1700-1800 calories in per day.
    >I drink 10+ glasses of water per day

    Meal 1:
    -protein cereal
    -flax seed
    -banana
    -milk
    -probiotic juice

    Meal 2:
    -Greek yogurt w/ fruit
    Or
    -protein shake/ protein bar

    Meal 3:
    -chicken
    -barbecue or teriyaki sauce
    -water

    Meal 4:
    -protein bar or protein shake

    Meal 5:
    -can of tuna
    -mayo
    -relish
    -crackers
    -wheat grass with water

    Meal 6: (post workout)
    -protein shake

    Supps taken troughout day:
    -whey protein

    For the most part yea I'm pretty basic. I do change up how I make the chicken though. Sometimes in salad or barabeque or just diff seasoning. Other than that not much variety ATM. I do plan on adding things in and replacing stuff once I get going steady though. Just trying to find good stuff to fit my macros.
