I've been trying to minimize my back rounding lately and do fine until I get up to a 2rm or so. Most of my ME pulls look like this. Is this still too much rounding?

It looks like your back started to round after breaking the barbell off the catch bars. It looks like it was caused because your hips shot forward into the bar before your torso started to come back.
Also, no need to hyperextend the lockout like that. Just lockout to the point where you're vertical and knees/hips locked.

Yes, you drive your hips into the bar once the bar has passed your knees. However, at the same time as driving your hips, your pull your torso back. It's a little hard to explain through text, but picture this: once the bar passes your knees and is dragging up your thighs, hip into the bar AND pull torso backwards into a vertical position to achieve lockout.
You are doing: bar passes knees, hip into bar, then torso back.
Sorry if that doesn't make sense, let me know if I can clear up any confusion.

This is a problem I had for a LONG time. It all comes down to 3 things in my case
1. hamstring flexibility. It might not help much on rack pulls, but it is a godsend on deadlifts
2. Rhomboid strength. Do some bent over rows parallel to the ground, but not Pendlay, so you keep the tension on your back. This helped me a lot
3. Mind muscle connection. Instead of thinking "back straight" think "chest up." Works wonders.
Hope this helps."You can't climb the ladder of success with your hands in your pockets" - Arnold Schwarzenegger
