Idc if he's 500lbs honestly lol. Same with Ramy, weights dont mean much to me.

However, Lionel looks good and hopefully he can bring the best package he can to the AC Brazil.
Definitely one of the best physiques in the pro ranks imo.

Agreed. 6 weeks is a ton of time to make good changes. but ya i dont see any real improvements just the same old Lionel. looks great though.

By what we've seen in the past, about Lionel's conditioning, I don't expect seeing the best version of him considering this is 6 weeks out.

I guess we can only wait and see what DJ has in store for him.

He's clearly holding a lot of water (which isn't unusual 6 weeks out), but IMO we'll see a slightly better LB than we've seen in recent showings.

I don't see any improvements either. Calves still look weak although the new bald head look is nice

Little to no separation anywhere besides his quads, which never store much fat. If he is going to get truly peeled eg. Phil/Flex levels, he needs to be a lot leaner at this point.

Dennis James said the exact same thing about Ramy. Surely he'll look leaner after he drops the water, but nothing close too 'peeled' levels, where he needs to be to win.

Haven't stepped on stage yet, but been with quite a few who have, and have come in leaner then Beyeke.

We'll see when he steps on stage anyway.
