I cant lose my last 2-3 inches of belly fat

I have been working out from past 4 months and I have lost 14 pounds of fat. But from past 20 day my weight is constant. I am following a low calorie diet. I am also consuming high amount of protein each day, eating veggies and fruits, doing cardio for almost every and pretty much doing everything required to lose fat. I still need to lose around 2-3 inches from my belly. I am current 146 ppunds with 174 cms in height and have 33 inches around my belly button. What should I do to drop my last 2-3 inches of belly fat

Did you recalculate how many calories you intake? Since you lost that 14 lbs, you body will require a lot less calories to do what it did before. It will mean eating even less calories or exercising more and recalculating how many grams of protein you will need excetera.

I'm 64in 149 lbs doing HIIT 3x a week and lift heavy 3x a week. I'm averaging 1.5lbs a week on a 1500 cal. Try lifting on your low cardio days instead and dropping calories.

Sounds like you need more protein in your diet. Yeah it might sound wrong, but by eating more protein, you will burn more fat, ie more calories.
