First of all I'd like to give a huge shout out to LiftthyPain and the rest of the crew at Gamma Labs for hooking me up with a full bottle of Gamma-O and a few samples packs of their Pre Training Formula!
I'm currently on a 6-day rotation program that is built around the big three lifts. I also do cardio 2-3 times a week. My diet goal is to lose around 1-1.5 pounds a week. I'm currently 192 and about 22 percent body fat (if my scale is accurate at all). I try to keep my protein intake at the very least 1 grams per pound of body weight and I try to keep my carb intake under 150g. My fat intake varies depending on my protein sources, obviously if I eat a lot of fish one day and a lot of chicken another my fat intake will vary. I am currently supplementing protein and creatine with shakes, and glutamine using capsules. I am also taking a basic multivitamin and Fishoil daily.
If you have any questions concerning my diet/training/supplementation etc. feel free to ask.
I intend on doing both before and after photos, here are the before photos that I took earlier today.

Day-1
Today I took my first Dose of Gamma-O at around 7:30 a.m. with breakfast. I had no digestion problems, I was surprised and pleased by this since a lot of t-boosters give me indigestion. I took my second dose at around noon with lunch, again no digestion problems at all.
I took Gamma Labs PTF as my pre workout today (I usually use Force Factor BRX), the flavor wasn't too bad but the texture was a little chalky. I mixed it with approximately 12-14 ounces of water. I felt like I had a good solid energy throughout my workout, it's on par with any other pre workout I have taken. The only complaint I had with the PTF is that I seemed to get a little dry mouth. Not sure if this was due to having not drank enough water during the day or what. I'll update further with that after using it again (Wednesday).

Currently cutting in attempt to get down to around 12% body fat. I've never had abs before, and I think that is a shame. By the end of the log I'd like to be around 185 lbs or so and below 20% body fat.

I dosed Gamma-O the same today as I did yesterday.
I did 30 minutes of cardio today. 20 minutes of HIIT, with 10 walk/sprint intervals of 1 minute sprinting at 9 mph and 1 minute walking at 3.5 mph both on a low 10% incline. I felt amazing throughout my cardio time today, I was definitely feeling very focused on the task at hand.
I ended up taking PTF today as well and did not have the dry mouth issue that I had yesterday.Curret Best Meet Lifts

you look a little less than 22% BF. more 16-17% 18 most. those scales are off if you take supplements. make sure u hit the tanning bed before the after pics too. tighten up the skin.

Felt really good today, I wanted to hit 315 for 3 on bench and felt like i handled 275 with ease and the first rep of 315 with ease but the second one was HEAVY so I didn't do a third one. I was pretty well pleased with the rest of my lifts. This was my first time doing Barbell presses outside of a smith machine in quite a few weeks, so I can't be too upset with the results. I felt great through out the entire workout, I starting to notice an increase in recovery time. I'm excited to see what is in store for me in week two.Curret Best Meet Lifts
