Whoooa.. I don't even have to read all that.. I'd just rather tell you to just eat, take a shot of creatine a day, protein shake after workout, and a multi + fish oil wouldn't hurt. There you have it.

If you spent half as much time on training and proper nutrition as you obviously have on analyzing a supplement regimen, you wouldn't be worried about what supplements or how much to take.

Yes, I know this isn't what you asked but I feel compelled to tell you anyway.

I'd say overkill, but I actually take more. I get supps for free, and really enjoy taking em. Honestly, the gains are mostly diet, but changing out your supps keeps it interesting!!

    My current stack
    Amplify XL
NO booster (one of the following depending on what im lifting - big blue, cmx, cm, no3, vein)
    Alphamine
    Ssin juice
    Erase pro
    Anabeta elite
    Ws1
    L2
    Censor (CLA)

......mostly all free so why not lol

Woho brah how much money you spent on these ?

Thats definetely tooooo much also because you are 18 and your body works at top notch anyways
all you need is solid workout + solid diet + basic supps if you want ( whey protein + creatine + multi/fish oil)
most of the other things are industrys' new ideas to get your money right out of your pocket

and definetely you do not need 4 pre workout products

if you are asking yourself if this is too much - > yes
take a look into basic threads / stickies and go from there brah

I wanna share as much knowledge / motivation / encouragement as possible

You would get better gains going out in front of the pyramids and doing the "walk like an Egyptian" dance

Protein, Creatine, Fish Oil, Multi would be absolutely all you may need - depending on your diet.

    That is overkill.
