I was just saying, sorry if you got offended by it... but i dont get why you keep promoting swole as a nice and easy way to keep to count yours calories, when there are 100+ better websites that offer a vast nutritional food database and allow you to build less brotastic meals

It def. has some flaws but you can add that you would like to put Whey in your diet or fish or whatever. See on the left...You can click and drag any of those in and it will change the diet to fit the new foods.
I'm not saying I would use it....because I know how to keep up with my calories at calorie count. It's just a cool conceptDallas Sports/Texas Tech Red Raiders

The algorithm throws out much more practical meals including recipes, but if you're trying to bulk some of the recipe serving sizes are a bit crazy.
