Like I said, we hongry
I personally don't like the purpose of that site.
In my opinion, nothing beats hitting your macros with your favorite foods without a website/someone telling you what to eat.

I'm an adult and, as such, I can select my own food based on my desires and mood. Thus, the website is not for me.

Can I choke you?
It's not for everyone(even me because I like the IIFYM philosophy)
But for someone that needs a meal plan to follow...it may be useful

Come at me, bro!
I honestly think swole.me is a joke. Like literally, the creator of it did it in humor.
If people actually follow diets from that site, then I'm just not quite sure what to think.

i think this site is better:

So how do you count your calories & macros? You just use your common sense? I don't know, that just doesn't feel right to me. I think people has to be sure about their daily calories & macros.

Why dude? I am using it for like 6-7 months from now. Can't say it's bad. Are the calorie facts wrong?

It's hard to imagine, but I'm sure some folks do. That said, I agree that with this:

you clearly cant understand his post...
No one saying swole me diets are "bad" but if you need to use an automatic diet generator to know what you can eat, you doing it wrong....

oh, alright now I did. You guys are criticizing it because it makes automatic diets for people. Yes that's extremely stupid, lol. But except that I think it is nice and easy to use, if you add your own foods too, and just use it to count your calories & macros...

yeah i guess you can do that, but you also can put to work some more neurons and use something like fitday, myfitnesspal, etc. that have a loooooooooooooooooooooot more nutritional data than that cookie-cutter website.

I was just saying, sorry if you got offended by it... but i dont get why you keep promoting swole as a nice and easy way to keep to count yours calories, when there are 100+ better websites that offer a vast nutritional food database and allow you to build less brotastic meals

Because I have a lot of food saved in it, and I'm too lazy to move them in another website.

It's a good idea for a site/app. Which I had about a year too late! When it told me to eat 6 bananas and a cup of berries for breakfast, I knew my algorithm was better. It could do with some more customizability, but not too bad overall.

Check out what it gave me for 3500cals/4 meals.
Breakfast - 24 slices of bacon. JUST 24 slices of bacon!
Meal 2 - 6 cups pof cream of mushroom soup. Good luck keeping that down.
Meal 3 - 3 bagels
Meal 4 - 4 ground turkey patties, 2 cups of broccoli 1 cup of tomatoes.
Really? I'm not eating that.

It def. has some flaws but you can add that you would like to put Whey in your diet or fish or whatever. See on the left...You can click and drag any of those in and it will change the diet to fit the new foods.
I'm not saying I would use it....because I know how to keep up with my calories at calorie count. It's just a cool concept

24 slices of bacon as a meal IS a cool concept.
-
believe it
It's neat as a tech demo but it's useless in practicality

The newer version is at www.eatthismuch.com
The algorithm throws out much more practical meals including recipes, but if you're trying to bulk some of the recipe serving sizes are a bit crazy.
