Hi all,
Feeling sick today cold/flu symptoms feel like crap and got a sore throat, havent been at the gym in 4 days now, was wondering should i still eat at a surplus of calories, i dont want to get fat if my muscles dont need to food ???
need some advice bros
want to make gains not fat gains, and no muscle gainsss
