    craze pre workout

    I just started using craze for pre workout, the energy it gives me in the gym is unreal i have broke pr's on squat and leg press today! which is all good.

    But after the gym when i get home i start to get a sickly feeling in my stomach, i dont know if its off the craze or if it is off me lifting all the heavy weights which my muscles aren't used to.

    Anyway it isnt going to me stop using it was just wondering if any experienced something similar.

    I use it everyday before the gym and don't experience this. How much water are you taking in during and after your workout?

    about 2 pints before and 1 in the gym. Tbh i feel ok now i'm thinking it was just of going heavy on all sets today.

    I've only use one scoop aswell.

    Also have you eaten anything either before or after. Sometimes you need food after workouts like that.
